Enjoying fall season!

Hi there. I can't believe it's Fall already! where did time go?

Being a dog, Cinny loves cold weather, and Fall is one of her favorite seasons. This year Cinny got a bad respiratory problem that got us scared. However, after several runs to the vet and yucky doses of medication, she recovered and is herself again. Just in time for Halloween. This time Cinny wore a cute little skeleton outfit that glowed in the dark.   

Hi furriends, look what my mommy made with these little pumpkins. I discovered a taste for pumpkin and the vet told me is good for me, so I eat :-) 

This costume was so comfortable I kept wearing it for a week, ooppsies!

My momy takes me to the park every day so I can chase squirrels and admire the leaves falling.

Eating out : Cascal

Hello, this is Cinny taking over mommy's computer :)
Today I'm going to review one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area: Cascal in Mountain View.


Pros:
- Outdoor seating.
- Dog friendly (they gave me water and cookies as soon as I arrived with my human parents)
- Excellent service (sometimes I wondered around, but waiters didn't mind me)
- Delicious Tapas (my human parents kept saying that food wasn't disappointing and I trust them, but I wish I could've tried a little for myself :(
Cons:
- It can take forever to get a table, specially if you prefer outside seating, so I recommend you make a reservation.

Healthy Treats for Summer

It's been long since my last post, but we are back!!!

It's summer again, the sun is out, time for more outdoor adventures and exploring, yay! ....but wait that also means overheating for my Cinnamon :)

Reading about natural treats for dogs a while ago, I found an article that recomends carrots and green beans as healthy treats for dogs that will not make their belly upset. So to keep my pup cool, we put the veggies in the freezer and yes she loves them!!!

Spider-dog!

The biggest spider I've seen!!

Walking around the park with Cinny we encountered with this big monster yesterday!! It was the biggest spider I've seen in the wild!....Cinny was staring at it and I wonder what she was thinking! I was thinking about the movie spiderman...but in this case if Cinny were bitten she would be Spider-Dog!!!!! :)

I wish I had my Canon with me, but the pics from my iPhone are not bad at all!

 Next day we came back to the crime scene with camera in hand, but sadly found nothing! I don't like bugs, but I was sad thinking that someone destroyed her spider web, it was huge, and the poor spider is now without a house :(

Bye bye yucky spider, just don't come around our place!!!

Cinny!!!

Every morning Cinnamon jumps to the bed and stares at me until I wake up! Since I sleep with my iPhone in hand, today I was able to to take this pic of her cute face while I was pretending to sleep then she realized I was awake and started liking my face.......sweet morning!!!

Shih Tzu Breath!

Cinny excited to get the tooth brush on her mouth!

I love kissing my pup and she loves kissing me and licking daddy everytime we get home.  She even knows the command "go kiss daddy" and she runs and kisses Marco! We are proud to say that she does not have a dog breath because I brush her teeth every other day and she enjoys it. It is a routine; every night we are brushing our teeth she comes and begs for her turn (as you can see in the pics).
Her kisses are so yummy!

Can you hurry up mom and brush my teeth??

(Now en espanol: me encanta besar a cinny, y a ella le gusta besar y lamer a su papi y a mi. Lo bueno es que no tiene aliento de perro. Por que le lavo los dientes al menos dos veces a la semana y siempre esta oliendo a menta je je. A ella le encanta lavarse los dientes. Como se ve en la foto, ella se desespera por que le lavemos y siempre muestra su sonrisa! Su besitos son yummies)
